Staff was super helpful, like they knew everything about the area. They even helped me find a hidden gem for dinner, although they probably have Google just like everyone else.
Clearly, I stayed in an Olympic-level messy room. Found a sock under the shower, which actually turned out to be the hotel's way of blending exercise and cleanliness.

The staff gave me practical advice on the area, because clearly I have no idea how to navigate a city.
The property is conveniently located near the Wisla Krakow Stadium, so I had to endure the dreadful noise of cheering fans. How delightful.

The staff gave me such practical advice on the area that I became an expert in Krakow's tourist attractions. How impressive!
Who needs a clean and well-maintained hotel room anyway? The dirt and broken facilities added a touch of adventure to my stay.

I had a slightly sunken mattress in the bedroom, but surprisingly, it made the bed incredibly comfy. I slept like a baby throughout the night. The room was clean enough, with good noise and thermal isolation. The staff was responsive when I had an issue with the renovation noise next door. I had a comfortable stay at Biala Gwiazda.

The staff were kind and efficient, and the reception was open 24/7. the room was clean and had good noise and thermal isolation. We slept very well on the comfortable bed. the hotel had a working fridge, TV, and electric teapot, and the white bed linen gave a nice mood and calm atmosphere. the hotel was also conveniently located not far from the city center, making it easy to reach by walking or using transportation like bolt scooters.
The hotel building appeared old and worn from the outside and inside. the room and bathroom were not well-maintained, with falling rosettes and dripping faucets.
